Our Beginning

Founded in 2000, South Hampton harbors 63 homes and lots and has conveniently divided streets named with a seaside influence. South Hampton is surrounded by native oak trees and lush landscape foliage. Residential architectures also hint of a coastal flair. Though located well inland, the breeze from the Gulf of Mexico is commonplace and further compliments our seascape characteristics and atmosphere.

Our Location

College Station, TX is located 90 miles northwest of Houston and 90 miles south of Waco. You can easily find the South Hampton Subdivision 6 miles south of College Station just off State Highway 6 using the South Nantucket exit. Residents enjoy the privacy from town yet only travel minutes to local shopping, popular restaurants, entertainment, recreation and College Station ISD schools. Commuting to the College Station Research and Business Center is only minutes away.
